What is the return policy?
1: Customers must inspect products before signing the packing slip. Cabinets must be unboxed and inspected for defects within one week after pickup, contact Spring Floors & More to address manufacturing defects. Spring Floors & More is not liable for damage from transportation or handling after leaving the warehouse.
2: No returns or exchanges for unboxed merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of pickup.
3: Special order returns incur a 30% restocking fee.
4: Orders must be picked up within 30 days of payment or a $10/day storage fee applies.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
For non-stock items:
Flooring and cabinets typically take about 7 business days to arrive at our warehouse. For carpet orders, the lead time is usually around 15 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
