Cabinets must be unboxed and inspected for defects within one week after pickup, contact Spring Floors & More to address manufacturing defects. Spring Floors & More is not liable for damage from transportation or handling after leaving the warehouse.
2: No returns or exchanges for unboxed merchandise. Returns must be made within 30 days of pickup.
3: Special order returns incur a 30% restocking fee.
4: Orders must be picked up within 30 days of payment or a $10/day storage fee applies.

Flooring and cabinets typically take about 7 business days to arrive at our warehouse. For carpet orders, the lead time is usually around 15 business days.
